What are the rights and obligations of IM Japan internship participants?
Thanks for coming back to my blog
Konkaiwa I will discuss about rights and obligations
Well, that's cool, right, where there are rights, there must be obligations that must be fulfilled first
This is a kind of law of action and reaction where when we take action there will be a reaction that we will receive
Well, don't worry about the length of the opening hehe
Let's just speak
We start with obligations
In general, there are 4 points of obligation for internship participants
- Maintain the good name of the Nation and the State and the Family. This means that we as participants in the work practice must maintain the good name of the Nation, State and Family during the internship period, because each of us who are in the country of unknown people we come from which village or kelurahan. But, we are known by where our country comes from. When we do something bad, it is the country of origin that will be recognized first. Then what about the family, the family of course feel ashamed for our actions that tarnish the good name in the eyes of relatives and colleagues.
- Complying with the regulations that apply in Japan (in companies or other places), here we must respect the law where we are. Where the sky is upheld, that is where the earth is stepped on. The laws in our country are certainly different from those in Japan, so we must comply with all existing regulations.
- Complete the program for 3 years or 5 years well, because our work contract period is 3 years and/or 5 years which is extended by the company. We should avoid bad things that we will find, such as invitations to leave work and look for other jobs that are not regulated by the program. Escape is certainly a lot happening, but this is not a good action because there will be many problems that arise, starting from the inclusion of the village/kelurahan we live in into a black list that is not allowed to participate in recruitment before those who run away return to their homeland, rights Health insurance and practice participant status will be removed when fleeing, will be hunted by Japanese police because of Illegal status. So before acting, please think better.
- Returning to our homeland (Indonesia), after the work practice period ends, we must return to our homeland. The rules will not tolerate whether you already have a lover or an official partner in Japan. Participants must return to their homeland first.
Well, that's the obligation that we must fulfill if we want to join this program. Quite simple but actually this is a difficult thing to do for those who are not able to be consistent in their lives
While the rights that we will get include:
- Get the facilities provided according to the provisions of IM Japan (accommodation and transportation), supporting facilities will later be provided such as housing, insurance, transportation. But don't be happy just yet, all of that is deducted from the salary that we will receive later. But there aren't many, Jo, the name is also a big country, there must be lots of deductions and taxes.
- Receive pocket money and allowances during the internship program. Well, this is actually just a term for pocket money, but in fact we still consider it a salary. For the salary itself, it varies depending on the type of work and the provisions of the company. Then there is the overtime allowance too. Even if the total salary we get is above the average UMR in Indonesia, really.
- Get insurance protection except for toothache and congenital pain suffered before arriving in Japan. The point is that we get insurance coverage, namely health, work safety and others. But don't get a toothache, okay? It's not covered because dental care in Japan is very expensive. So from now on, take care of your teeth, jo.
That's it along with the rights and obligations as a practice participant in Japan
For those of you who are interested, you have to prepare everything from now on
Keep spirit, stay healthy and don't go crazy
This is just the world
